Together with Sustacon, we worked out a sustainability strategy and determined all objectives and KPIs. Sustacon as a project manager, monitored the follow-up.

Together with Sustacon we set out the strategy for the future. We worked out a number of strategic topics through to implementation. We paid special attention to communication.

Sustacon's methodology allows translation into concrete action plans that people can effectively work with and improve 1 to 2% every day. We did an assessment with Sustacon's young team, which resulted in very good actions that were carried out.

Together with Sustacon we determined the global sustainability policy at product, process and organisational level, linked to concrete sustainability actions and measurable indicators.

We immediately clicked with Sustacon. On the one hand, Sustacon's vision of business excellence is compatible with our own. On the other hand, Sustacon has a methodologically strong approach that gave us the tools to better identify existing projects and actions.

One of Sustacon's recommendations was to invest more in communication. We were far too modest compared to our competitors. Sustacon carried out a benchmark and showed that competitors were claiming even more while they were less advanced than us. That was an eye-opener for us. As a result, our successful "No Roof To Wast" campaign grew.

Together with Sustacon we determined our sustainability policy and translated it to internal and external communication. A fascinating process and a fine cooperation with a top team!
